Vanessa Tamburi -  Founder & Managing Director

Vanessa Tamburi worked as a solo dancer for important European theaters (the Ballet of Montecarlo, the Hamburg Ballet and the Vienna Opera Ballet).  Over the years, she developed experimental work, melding dance with theatre, visual and multimedia arts. Her choreographies have been performed in Austria, the Czech Republic, Italy, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, and the United States. In 2007 she established the "FLUSSO Dance Project".  She is the Artistic Advisor of the Visa 2 Dance and Time2dance dance festivals in Tanzania. She lived and worked in New York City from 2011 to 2017. Her work has been presented in many festivals and platforms of the NYC dance scene and abroad. She is the founder and the Artistic Director of IDACO nyc - Italian DAnce COnnections and she was an associate artist of New York Live Arts. After living for 3 years in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea she moved in August 2021 to Caracas where she continues with all her different projects. In 2022 opened ET works. a project dedicated to her father Ennio Tamburi one of the major exponent of the Italian Modern Art.

Roberto Lacarbonara - Curator

​Roberto Lacarbonara (1981), journalist and curator of contemporary art, is the artistic director of the CRAC Puglia Museum - Taranto Contemporary Art Research Center and of the National Historical Archive of the Artist's Project. Young curator for the Pino Pascali Museum Foundation, he is professor of Art History at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lecce. Among the recent curatorial projects: “Nico Vascellari. Elena Biani - Gallerist, Archive & Communication

Elena Biani (1996) is an art historian specialising in art documentation. She graduated with honours in Art History from La Sapienza, the University of Rome, and deepened her knowledge of cataloguing and digitisation techniques for artistic heritage through training programs at the MAXXI Museum and the “Fondazione Scuola di Beni e Attività Culturali”.

In recent years, she has collaborated with the Capitoline Superintendence for Cultural Heritage, contributing to the updating of digital archives and the revision of the SIMART catalogue. She is currently an active member of Sa.L.A.D ( San Lorenzo Art District ), where she contributes to mapping artists' studios and independent art spaces, as well as organising and managing cultural events. At the same time, she works as an independent curator.

Amina Mamedova - Part time Intern Communication

Amina is a 2024 graduate of the American University of Rome, where she earned a degree in Communication and Digital Media. She brings a dynamic approach to social media, blending artistic expression with effective communication. With her skills in visual storytelling, photography, video editing, and content creation, Amina significantly enhances the gallery's visibility. Her involvement in the art world extends to music and cinema, where she has contributed to the creation of award-winning short films and projects.
